The Vice President of the Republic of Cuba, Honourable Irnes Maria Chapman Waugh visited Zimbabwe from 10 -14 September 2019, to convey a message of condolence on the passing on of the late Former President Comrade Robert Gabriel Mugabe.  She also attended the State funeral and paid a courtesy on His Excellency the President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa accompanied by Ambassador Ignatius Graham Mudzimba.
